IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Cobalt Markets Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
