IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Jacksonville area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
