IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Ember Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jacksonville with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
