IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Jacksonville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
