IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Summit Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Indianapolis. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
