IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Hollow Energy and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
