IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Bright Staffing Group is a Indianapolis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
