IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Clear Health is a healthcare provider in Indianapolis with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
