IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vista Learning Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
