IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Clear Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Indianapolis. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 515 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
