IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Houston, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
