IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Houston, TX)

Redstone Bright Manufacturing Group is a Houston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
