IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Rowan Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Honolulu. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
