IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Bright Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Honolulu area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
