IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Meadow Construction is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
