IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Yarrow Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
