IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Hartford, CT)

Nova Glen Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with field inspections.
