IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Stone Energy Group is an energy provider in Fresno focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
