IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Nest Staffing Partners is a Fresno staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
