IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Fresno with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
