IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Fresno. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 218 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
