IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Fox Construction Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
