IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Fern Hospitality is a hospitality company in Fresno with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
