IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Clear Telecom and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
