IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fresno, CA)

Summit Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Fresno serving students and families. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
