IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Ridge Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Fort Worth area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
