IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Granite Manufacturing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
