IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Ivory Health Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
