IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Fox Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
