IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Harbor Freight Partners is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
