IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Ember Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
