IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (El Paso, TX)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 662 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
