IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Field Staffing is a Detroit staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
