IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Learning Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
