IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Willow Insurance is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
