IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Denver, CO)

Northwind Cedar Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Denver across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
