IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Markets and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
