IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Dallas. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
