IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Dallas, TX)

Silverline North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Dallas, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
