IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Kestrel Staffing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 951 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
