IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Linden Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 249 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
