IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Columbus, OH)

Summit Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
