IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Cobalt Property Management Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events.
