IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Glen Legal Group is a law firm in Columbus serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
