IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meridian Hospitality and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
