IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Colorado Springs, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
