IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Bright Learning Group is an education provider in Colorado Springs serving students and families, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
