IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Vista Financial Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
