IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Beacon Community Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
