IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Wilder Learning Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
